UnLtd bolsters Melbourne Board of Directors

UnLtd, our industry’s social purpose organisation, has strengthened its Melbourne Board with the appointment of four new Directors of the Board.

Joining the Board are John O’Brien, Head of Agency Sales Melbourne at 10ViacomCBS; Sam Harris, Melbourne Agency Sales Director at ARN; Sarah James, Managing Director at Initiative Media Melbourne and Sue Franklin, EA/Office Manager at Mindshare.

Since the appointment of Tiffany Damm as the General Manager of Melbourne in 2019, UnLtd has grown its presence in the Victorian market with the introduction of new events and corporate partnerships.

Tiffany Damm said:

“Despite all the lockdowns and challenges of the last 12 months, the social impact generated by the Melbourne media, marketing and creative industry has grown considerably. It’s been fantastic to see the generosity of our industry grow, even during the tough times. We’ve got even bigger plans for this year and we are so excited to have John, Sam, Sarah and Sue join our Board to help us make an even bigger impact for children at risk.”

Sarah James commented:

“I’ve been a long-term supporter of UnLtd and I’m delighted to join the Board. The positive difference that UnLtd and their charity partners make to children and young people at risk is so important, especially after the year we’ve all had. I’m thrilled to use my skillset on the Board to help them grow and continue their great work.”

The new appointments will be joining the existing UnLtd Melbourne Board of Directors consisting of Jye Hainsworth from Google, Luke Burr and Rachel Page from Verizon Media, Shaun Warry from Taska Media, Simon Lawson from PHD and Wade James from oOh! Media.

The next UnLtd event in Melbourne is the Big Clash cricket tournament on Thursday 25 February at Fawkner Park.

Damm said:

“We couldn’t be more excited to be able to bring the industry together again in real life after a year of lockdowns and restrictions! We’re inviting everyone in the industry to join us for a drink and to watch all the action this Thursday at Fawkner Park as we once again see who the industry cricket champions really are. It will be a fantastic (and of course COVID-safe) afternoon of cricket, laughter and healthy competition, all whilst raising funds for children at risk.”
