Big Chat: Mental Health Toolkit

Mental health is something that impacts all of us. To put it simply, if you have a brain, the term mental health applies to you. But with all the deadlines, pitches and never-ending to-do lists, how do you stay mentally healthy in this fast-moving industry that we love?

Join us for our latest Big Chat seminar to learn about the different tools and strategies that you can use to keep that brain of yours working well. You will hear from the experts - a psychotherapist, a wellness coach, a mental health trainer - as well as colleagues from the industry with lived-in experience on how to look after your mental health so you can thrive at work and at home. Learn about the link between physical health and mental health, how to deal with stress and overwhelm, how to uncover the root causes of anxiety and depression and the power of vulnerability and speaking out.

Everyone is different and mental health is not static but something that constantly moves along on the mental health continuum so we all need different tools at different stages of our lives. This event will give you plenty of ideas and options on what might go in your own mental health toolkit and will include plenty of practical tips and tools you can implement straight away.
