Big Chat: Raising Resilient Kids

From bushfires to COVID-19 to the race riots, there has been a lot happening in the world recently. It is a lot to process for anyone, especially young minds so we asked three experts to provide advice.

They shared their tips on how to talk to your kids about their mental health in a way they understand, how to help your children manage their fears and worries and how to use play to connect with your kids. Our experts included Dr John McAloon, Clinical Psychologist at ParentalEQ, Alice Peel, Primary School Teacher at Grow Your Mind and Anna Charleston, Clinical Development Manager & Play Therapist at BeCentre.
